Media bottle일반적으로 PET 또는 PETG 재료를 사출 스트레치 블로잉(stretch blowing) 공법으로 만든 혈청을 보관하는 용기입니다. 배지는 세포 성장에 필요한 영양소입니다. 출처에 따라 합성배지와 천연배지로 나뉘며 둘 다 배지병에 보관할 수 있다.
천연배지:
가장 일반적으로 사용되는 천연배지는 혈청, 기본적으로 송아지 세럼이다. 혈청에는 다양한 세포 성장 인자, 부착 촉진 인자 및 이들의 다중 활성 물질이 포함되어 있습니다. 합성 배지와 함께 사용하면 세포가 원활하게 증식하고 성장할 수 있습니다. 혈청은 -5°C ~ -20°C의 특수 배지 병에 보관해야 합니다.
합성 배지:
합성 배지는 세포에 필요한 물질의 유형과 양에 따라 엄격하게 조제됩니다. 실험 조건의 제어를 용이하게 하는 많은 유형과 알려진 구성 요소가 있습니다. 탄수화물, 아미노산, 지질, 무기염, 비타민, 미량 원소 및 세포 성장 인자를 포함합니다. 그러나 천연 매질에 비해 일부 천연 미지의 성분은 알려진 화학 성분으로 대체될 수 없습니다. 따라서 세포 배양에 사용되는 기본 합성 배지 역시 합성 배양을 극복하기 위해 일정량의 천연 배지 성분을 첨가해야 한다. 가장 일반적인 방법은 송아지 혈청을 추가하는 것입니다.
미디어 병의 모양은 정사각형이며 잡기 쉽고 대부분의 산 및 알칼리 부식에 강하며 취화 온도는 -70 °C이며 여전히 특정 인성을 가지고 있습니다. -30 °C에서 천연 및 합성 미디어 모두 미디어 병에 보관할 수 있는 좋은 포장 용기입니다.
The FAI climbed 5.9 percent year-on-year in the first 11 months of 2018, quickening from the 5.7-percent growth in Jan-Oct, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said Friday in an online statement.

In breakdown, investment in high-tech and equipment manufacturing remained vigorous with 16.1-percent and 11.6-percent increases respectively in the first 11 months. Infrastructure investment gained 3.7 percent, staying flat. Investment in property development rose 9.7 percent, also unchanged.
