2.1. Mantenimiento de Huh7.5 Cells
Los cultivos de células Huh7.5 se mantuvieron en frascos T de cultivo celular en medio que contiene suero (SCM): Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) (Gibco, Paisley, Reino Unido) que contenía 4 mM GlutaMAX y se complementó con Suero fetal bovino al 10 % (Sigma, St. Louis, MO, EE. UU.), 100 U/mL de penicilina y 100 µg/mL de estreptomicina (Sigma). En matraces T175 (Nunc, Roskilde, Dinamarca) y matraces de cultivo de triple capa (Nunc), se pasaron células Huh7.5 cada 2 o 3 días. Todos los cultivos celulares se mantuvieron a 37 °C y 5 % de CO2.
2.2. Stocks de virus HCV
En este estudio se utilizaron dos stocks de secuencia confirmada del genotipo 5a recombinante SA13/JFH1core-NS5B [28], desarrollados en cultivos de células Huh7.5 monocapa en matraces T. Se usó una reserva de virus de tercer paso con un título de infectividad de 5,8 log10 FFU/mL, cultivada en condiciones que contenían suero (SC) [39], para inocular cultivos CelCradle™, cultivos en matraces agitados y para experimentos de caracterización de virus. Se utilizó una reserva de virus de cuarto pase con un título de infectividad de 5,1 log10 FFU/mL [32], cultivada en condiciones SF [39], para experimentos de caracterización de virus.

The FAI climbed 5.9 percent year-on-year in the first 11 months of 2018, quickening from the 5.7-percent growth in Jan-Oct, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said Friday in an online statement.
The key indicator of investment, dubbed a major growth driver, hit the bottom in August and has since started to rebound steadily.
In the face of emerging economic challenges home and abroad, China has stepped up efforts to stabilize investment, in particular rolling out measures to motivate private investors and channel funds into infrastructure.
Friday's data showed private investment, accounting for more than 60 percent of the total FAI, expanded by a brisk 8.7 percent.
NBS spokesperson Mao Shengyong said funds into weak economic links registered rapid increases as investment in environmental protection and agriculture jumped 42 percent and 12.5 percent respectively, much faster than the average.
In breakdown, investment in high-tech and equipment manufacturing remained vigorous with 16.1-percent and 11.6-percent increases respectively in the first 11 months. Infrastructure investment gained 3.7 percent, staying flat. Investment in property development rose 9.7 percent, also unchanged.
